I'm Bringing Classy Back

Amelia Sinclaire

I know it’s a little late but I’ll say it anyways - Happy New Year!  Sinclaire is another new collection I started last year in December.  It’s a smaller collection with 3 bags in total and I’ve got one more to make.  This last design will be ”briefcase like” made for both sexes.  What spawned the creation of Sinclaire was the idea of giving something special for my mom and my boyfriend’s mom.  Both ladies have asked in their humble ways when they were going to get a handmade leather bag - hence - Amelia sitting above was designed for my boyfriend’s mom and my mom got Olivia (one without the outside pocket).  Both loved their bags and I thought I would share this with you.

Neiko at the Market NYC

This was our setup this past Sunday, November 25.  Thanks to all that stopped by to check out our goods and my friend, G Luv who also came to support.  We met many interesting vendors, particulary one called Charm NYC - they make really cool hats.  Check them out.

The Market NYCI know it’s going to be a mad shopping experience this coming weekend but if you are in the neighborhood of Soho in NYC, come check us out at the Market NYC.  A really cool indoor space for emerging designers/artists to show and sell their goods.  Lots of really cool stuff and definitely more one-of-a-kinds than not.  We will be setting a space there this Sunday, November 25 selling our handbags from 11:00-7:00.  The Market is located on 268 Mulberry Street (btwn Houston & Prince).  Hope to see you there.

The Smiths
Another set of handbags made by hand. With love, consideration and a couple of pricked figures. Anyone have a band-aid?
Sam and Robin are a sneak preview of what is more to come from the Smiths.  The concept of this collection was designing handbags both men and women can use.  We’ve been struggling to come up with a name to house this collection.  We didn’t want an obvious name like ”Unisex Handbags” or anything that connotates unisex.  The Smiths seemed perfect - a simple common last name.  So the idea is to give each handbag names that are commonly given to both sexes.  Please come back soon to check out 2 more members of the Smiths clan….Alex and Jamie.
